HELP!!!
I don't know how to present the grammar point "Present simple vs Present continuous". Any ideas on that? Thanks a lot.

Reply to Simple Present and Present Continuous
Normally, I use a timeline to discuss simple present and present continuous tense, but I found another way to discuss it with my students. Here are some links to help you out. I've also included a video about the topic which can be of great help to you. You can opt to start the session with some questions that could prompt your students to answer with the topic at hand. Then present the topic. Practice with worksheets (I've provided you with a link to this), and then you can break them into groups for your production part. You can follow the teaching pattern P-P-P which stands for Present, Practice and Produce. It worked well for me. Also, it's important to insert something fun in the session to help them learn the topic faster, like dialogs, pictograms, charades etc...Have fun!
